Person we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields (preferred)
- Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of work experience
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Outstanding Portfolio showcasing your design, prototyping through solid documentation
- Proficiency in Mobile Development (Kotlin or Swift)
- Basic Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)

- Availability for Full-Time Training: 1-year program plus 1-year commitment
What you will do
- Strategic Insights: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify critical business questions and translate them into actionable insights using a range of machine learning techniques
- Model Development & Deployment: Build and deploy efficient, robust, and scalable machine learning models with a focus on reliable architecture and production-ready solutions
- End-to-End Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives, analyses, and presentations to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Data Expertise: Champion data quality and integrity across all stages of the data lifecycle, leading data collection, cleaning, and preparation efforts
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor and empower junior data scientists and trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Technological Foresight: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the data science landscape, including new model building methods, AI, computer vision, and the Internet of Things
Person we are looking for:
- Minimum 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience as a Data Scientist, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful results
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts and proficiency in using SQL, Python, Javascript, and other relevant data science tools and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI projects is essential
- Demonstrated experience managing AI models in production, on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, is essential
- Able to effectively communicate data insights and build compelling data stories using BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively
- The ability to think critically, structure analyses, and formulate well-reasoned conclusions is highly valued
- High degree of self-motivation, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results while taking ownership of assigned tasks

What you will do
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business
- Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What you will do
- Design, develop and maintain scalable and robust Backend system using Java
- Solving software technical issue related to business operations
- Researching, designing, implementing, maintaining and managing various applications
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
- Writing and implementing efficient code
- Testing and evaluating new developed features and applications in controlled, real situations before going live
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
Person we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science /Computer Software Engineering / Information System/ Math / Physics / Electronic
- Proficiency in Java programming (mandatory)
- Experienced in web-based software system development using Java, Java EE, and Spring MVC Framework
- Minimum 3 years experience as Backend Engineer
- Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
- Experienced in using SQL Database, especially PostgreSQL (Familiar with Oracle would be an advantage)
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Eye for detail, identifying problems and desire to probe further into data
- Preferably familiar with Spring Tools Suite
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work and communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
What you will do
- Attend sprint grooming sessions to understand and clarify requirements
- Lead sprint planning meetings to assign tasks and mandays (MD) to developers based on priority targets from the product team. MD estimations will be done in consultation with senior members of the division
- Ensure tasks are ordered correctly among backend, frontend, mobile, and QA to minimize idle time and maximize productivity during sprints
- Lead daily scrum meetings to track progress, address impediments, and support developers in completing tasks on time and with high quality
- Escalate issues that require non-technical consideration to the Product Manager
- Coordinate deployment activities with QA, Infra, and engineering teams to ensure smooth and successful releases
- Update ticket statuses, such as closed or in-progress, at the story level to maintain accurate tracking and reporting
- Provide strong technical expertise and guidance to the team, helping solve complex problems and making technical decisions
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including the product team, QA, Infra, and senior management
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed within the designated timelines
Person we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Engineering Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership role in software development
- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong engineering knowledge across backend, frontend, and mobile development
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks
- Experience with deployment and CI/CD processes
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
